Check the seller, product, variant, quantity, sale mode, delivery location and total payable. Mandatory charges, shipping and applicable tax must be disclosed before payment. Member-only products or discounts depend on a current qualifying entitlement.
Expressions of interest take no money and guarantee neither stock nor dispatch. A pre-order must disclose the expected dispatch period and material conditions. Unsupported presale settlement is not authorised by a listing description.
Keep your order record. Returning to a success page does not by itself establish settled payment; provider confirmation and the order record determine payment status. Do not repeat payment solely because a confirmation is delayed.
Provide accurate delivery information. The seller must communicate material delays and offer remedies for inability to supply. Tracking is information, not a waiver of a lost, damaged or undelivered-item claim.
Statutory rights apply alongside any more generous change-of-mind terms. Use the order return/refund facility or contact support. A seller cannot change accepted terms after sale or require store credit instead of a legally required refund.
Payment-provider, court, tribunal and regulatory remedies remain available. Seeking support does not waive your rights. Deliberately false claims and duplicate reimbursement for the same loss are prohibited.
