A small start, done properly

The proposed first step is a 90-day, non-exclusive referral pilot. We agree the sources, fields, technical access and image rules before anything goes live.
Use an agreed input.
An existing RSS feed, approved metadata endpoint or a small link list. No publisher login or new content-management system is required for this pilot.
Review the sample together.
We check the credit, destination and image treatment. Your article body, subscriptions and reader relationship remain on your site.
The practical questions.
Do you need all our content?
No. Start with a selected feed or small group of stories. A pilot does not give us permission to collect your entire archive or use content outside the agreed scope.
What happens when an image belongs to someone else?
We omit it unless that specific use is authorised by the relevant rights holder. A headline card remains an intentional part of the design, not a broken image placeholder. We do not treat an Open Graph tag as a licence.
Can the pilot cover more than one title?
Yes, where the approving party has the authority. Every covered title and domain must be listed. Group approval does not automatically include all titles or all third-party photography.
Can we request corrections or stop?
Yes. Contact us to flag an incorrect link, attribution or image, or to stop further pilot inclusion. The review and removal arrangements will be recorded in the pilot agreement.
Are you promising an audience or referral volume?
No. The site is an early public demo, not an established traffic promise. Aggregate outbound-click reporting is planned for the pilot; it is not being represented as an existing publisher dashboard.
Is Newsycle a commercial service?
Newsycle is a reader-funded platform under development and may introduce advertising or paid features. We seek permission suitable for that model, rather than claiming that all platform use is personal or non-commercial.
