Seller agreement

1. Seller duties and truthful listings

The named seller is responsible for its goods, descriptions, safety, fulfilment and consumer remedies. Keep identity, contact, tax and payment information accurate. Complete the applicable verification before using a capability. Verification does not guarantee sales or a fixed payout date.

Disclose item, variant, price, stock, shipping, estimated delivery and material restrictions. Distinguish in-stock items, pre-orders and expressions of interest. Do not invent reviews, scarcity, comparison prices, delivery evidence or product claims. Use only authorised names, designs and images.

2. Plans and fees

Verified free shops allow five active products with no listing fee and a 3% platform fee. Creator & Storefront is AUD $25 per month total including Member benefits and applies a 1% platform fee. Percentage fees apply to merchandise after seller-funded discounts; shipping and tax are excluded. Separate processing charges must be disclosed to the seller before activation.

Fee changes apply prospectively after clear notice, not retrospectively to accepted orders. Optional paid features require separate agreement. Cancel future plan renewal through billing or contact support when unavailable.

3. Payments, orders and fulfilment

Use the enabled checkout and the connected payment account of the correct seller. Verification, provider restrictions, reserves and disputes can affect settlement. These terms do not create an escrow service, an automatic 30-day platform payout hold or staged presale fund releases.

Honour orders and keep stock and tracking accurate. Promptly explain material delays or inability to supply and provide the appropriate remedy. Existing orders and consumer obligations survive a pause in new sales.

4. Returns, information and review

Honour consumer guarantees and the terms accepted at checkout. A short change-of-mind window, original-packaging condition or store-credit policy cannot replace statutory fault remedies. Maintain accurate refund and dispute records without retaining excessive personal information.

Use buyer information only for fulfilment, service, lawful records and separately permitted communication. Do not add buyers or interest-list members to unrelated marketing or sell their information. Restrict team access and report misuse.

Newsycle may proportionately pause listings for safety, verification, suspected fraud or material breach. Reasons and review are provided where lawful and practical. Neither party shifts liability for its own fault to the other or excludes non-excludable rights.
