This policy explains the browser storage and similar technologies Newsycle uses for sign-in, security, preferences, measurement, email delivery and any enabled advertising.

The forms create private case records without publishing a personal name, direct email address or residential address.
1. Essential storage
Authentication cookies, anti-forgery and security state, load-balancing data and local appearance preferences support requested functions. Blocking or deleting them can sign you out, reset preferences or prevent account and checkout functions.
Essential storage is not used as permission for unrelated advertising. Session and security records may continue on the server for fraud prevention, audit and lawful retention even when browser cookies are deleted.
2. Analytics, email and advertising
Analytics can record page, device, performance and interaction events so Newsycle can understand reliability and use. Newsletter providers may record delivery, bounce, open or click events where configured. Advertising providers may set or read identifiers only when those services are enabled and applicable consent requirements are satisfied.
Newsycle does not sell raw account or newsletter email addresses to advertisers. Reading categories are not automatically converted into sensitive or political advertising profiles through Newsycle promotion tools. External sites and embedded services apply their own policies.
3. Choices and retention
Use Newsycle preference controls where provided and browser or provider settings for broader controls. Withdrawing an optional choice applies prospectively and does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed. Essential account, security and order storage cannot always be disabled while using the related function.
Storage duration depends on purpose. Session items are generally shorter-lived; consent, security, order and dispute records may be retained longer where reasonably required. Contact us if a control does not reflect your choice or you need information about a particular provider.
