Sellers must offer lawful, accurately described products they are authorised to supply. Not every potentially lawful product category is supported by this launch.

The forms create private case records without publishing a personal name, direct email address or residential address.
1. Excluded items
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or recalled goods; infringing material; personal-data lists; account credentials; malicious software; exploitative or non-consensual intimate material; and services designed for fraud cannot be listed.
Regulated weapons, explosives, illicit drugs, controlled medicines, nicotine products, gambling products, financial investments and payment substitutes are not supported. Do not disguise excluded goods through variants, imagery, euphemisms or external links.
2. Safety and intellectual property
Comply with product-safety standards, bans, labelling and recall obligations. Substantiate health, performance, origin and environmental claims. Use only authorised artwork, names and photographs; do not imply endorsement without permission.
Promptly report safety issues and recalls affecting listed goods and cooperate with appropriate customer notification and remedies.
3. Review
Listings may be paused for a substantiated safety, fraud or rights concern while assessed. Reasons and a review route are provided where lawful and practical. Contact support with evidence rather than relisting around restrictions.
A platform listing is not certification of legal compliance. The seller remains responsible for applicable duties and existing orders.
