The forms create private case records without publishing a personal name, direct email address or residential address.
1. Authority and publication control
A creator must be authorised to act for the publication and provide accurate identity, ownership and contact information. Account role alone does not grant publication authority. Invitations, team roles and removal must use the explicit newsroom membership controls.
The publication controls its editorial work and remains responsible for its claims, contributors, permissions, corrections and legal obligations. Newsycle verification confirms the completed platform process, not the accuracy of every statement or the absence of every dispute.
2. Content licence and portability
Creators retain ownership of submitted content. They grant Newsycle a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, format, cache, transmit, display and make technical backup copies only as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the publication within the service. This licence includes permitted excerpts, thumbnails and previews, but not sale of the work to train unrelated third-party models.
The operating licence ends when content is permanently removed, subject to reasonable technical backup cycles, records required for disputes or law, and copies already shared by users outside Newsycle. Creators should keep their own originals and may use available export tools. Newsycle is not the sole archive of a publication.
3. Audience and communications
Reader follows, saved stories, platform accounts, publication newsletter subscriptions and paid memberships are distinct records. A creator receives access only to audience information required for authorised publication functions and must honour consent, unsubscribe, privacy and security obligations.
Do not export, sell, scrape or reuse audience information for unrelated marketing. Do not send a publication message from another publication identity. Commercial messages must identify the sender and provide a working unsubscribe mechanism. Newsycle may restrict sending where consent or sender authority is not demonstrated.
4. Earnings, memberships and shops
Paid memberships, shops and promotion tools activate only when the relevant identity, policy, payment and operational gates are complete. Displaying an unavailable capability does not authorise charges. Pricing, platform fees, processing fees, tax treatment and payout conditions must be shown before activation.
Creators remain responsible for their tax, business, consumer, product and record-keeping duties. Provider reserves, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud review and legal restrictions can affect funds. Newsycle does not promise uninterrupted revenue, discovery, rankings or a fixed audience.
5. Enforcement, exit and appeals
Newsycle may proportionately limit publishing, monetisation, sending or team access for a material breach, safety issue, rights complaint, fraud risk or legal requirement. Where lawful and practical, we give the affected account the reason and a review route. Temporary restriction is not a final legal finding.
Ending publication access does not cancel existing orders, refunds, consumer remedies, privacy requests or unpaid lawful obligations. A creator can leave the service after resolving active obligations and preserving records required by law. Disputes can be raised through the complaints process without waiving external remedies.
