Contact and complaints
The forms create private case records without publishing a personal name, direct email address or residential address.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Local storage, pixels, SDK events and similar technologies can perform related functions. They may be set by Newsycle or by a disclosed provider used for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, advertising or payments.
A cookie can be session-based or persist for a set period. The name, provider and duration can change as services change; this policy describes the purposes that control whether a technology is used.
2. Essential storage
Authentication, anti-forgery, security, load-balancing, fraud-prevention and checkout state support requested functions. Appearance and accessibility choices may also be stored locally. Blocking essential storage can sign you out, reset a choice or prevent account and payment functions.
Essential storage is not permission for unrelated advertising. Deleting a browser cookie does not erase a server-side security, account, consent, order, tax or dispute record that Newsycle is entitled or required to retain.
3. Analytics and performance
Analytics can record page, device, referral, performance and interaction events to understand use and diagnose reliability. Newsycle aims to minimise identifiers and use aggregated reporting where practical.
Where applicable law requires consent for optional analytics, those technologies should not be activated until the required choice is made. Disabling optional analytics does not prevent essential service measurement derived from ordinary server security and request logs.
4. Email and advertising technologies
A newsletter provider may record delivery, bounce, open or click events where configured. Advertising providers may set or read device or browser identifiers when advertising is enabled and applicable consent requirements are satisfied.
Newsycle does not sell raw account or newsletter email addresses to advertisers. Reading categories are not automatically converted into sensitive or political advertising segments through Newsycle promotion tools. External sites and embedded services apply their own policies.
5. Your controls
Use Newsycle preference controls where provided and browser or provider settings for broader control. Withdrawing an optional choice applies prospectively and does not invalidate prior lawful handling. A control applies only to the activities it describes.
Blocking all cookies can break sign-in, security and checkout. Browser privacy signals are handled where Newsycle has implemented and is legally required to honour them; this policy does not promise support for every emerging signal.
6. Retention, changes and contact
Storage duration depends on purpose. Session items are generally short-lived; preference, consent and security items may persist longer; order and dispute evidence is primarily retained server-side under the Privacy Policy.
Newsycle updates this policy when a material category or provider purpose changes and seeks a new choice where required. Contact Newsycle if a control does not reflect your choice or you need information about a particular provider.
